# Unable to Lock or Unlock a Hardware

You might encounter an issue where the lock assigned to a hardware will not lock or unlock. Here are some options you can try to fix the issue:

## Try to Scan the QR Code Again

We request to scan the QR code again to unlock the hardware. Please ensure to return the hardware and end the rental within 5 minutes to avoid extra charges. Please note that the grace period is subject to your local operator discretion.
