# Support Summary

A **Support Summary** is a summarized weekly report that contains your pending **customer support** and **maintenance tickets** in your system.

This support summary will be sent to the admin every Sunday night.&#x20;

Any admin who has the **Admin Permissions** checked under the [**System Admin**](/admin-site/settings/system-admins.md) will receive this report in their email. If you wish to unsubscribe to these emails, you will need to uncheck the Admin permission from General section as seen below:
