Unlock Attempts and Logs

A specific rental shows different tabs including Details, Support and Logs. Under the Logs tab, you should be able to see unlock attempts that are made prior to starting the rental and if they were successful or not.

Below In Rental Unlocks, you can view the details of a specific unlock attempt. Unlock Logs display the the following:

  • The timestamp of the unlock attempt.

  • The seconds it took to scan the hardware.

  • The seconds it took to unlock.

  • The battery the hardware had at the moment of the unlock attempt.

User Experience

Bluetooth must be turned on in the user's smartphone for a rental to begin. For more information on how a user starts a rental, you may refer to this documentation: Start a Rental
