The Help Icon is a question mark icon found on the lower right side of your dashboard.
This is a helpful tool to ask questions and get immediate answers regarding your platform.
For example, you have an inquiry regarding "Memberships". You can go ahead and type "Memberships" in the search bar and the help menu will pull up all the related documentation about this topic.
In case your inquiry is not found in the help menu, you can also reach out to support by searching contact and selecting the Email Request. This will allow you to type in the details of your inquiry and your contact information that will be addressed by Customer Support.
