Support Summary
A Support Summary is a summarized weekly report that contains your pending customer support and maintenance tickets in your system.
Example of Support Summary
This support summary will be sent to the admin every Sunday night.
Any admin who has the Admin Permissions checked under the System Admin, will receive this report to their email. If you wish to unsubscribe to these emails, you will need to uncheck the admin permission as seen below:
