General Setup

In this section, we will walk through each of the basic steps necessary to set up and operate the Movatic admin system.

After purchase, you'll be asked to provide an email address for the person who will be the setup lead. The setup lead will then receive an email requiring them to set up a password, then log in with that password. Once they're logged in, the admin will need to complete several system setups. These setups will include:

Lock modules will be automatically added before they are shipped to you. Once the locks arrive, they'll need to be made active.

For questions or additional support, you can click the "?" in the bottom right corner of the screen, where a Help tab will open up.

The descriptions and attachments are both optional, but it's highly recommended that you include as much detail as possible and a screenshot if applicable, that way we can find a solution to your issue as soon as possible.
